After receiving my Ph.D. in psychology in 2004, I served as a tenure-track assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin-Stout for five years. I received a US National Science Foundation grant together with my colleagues for undergraduate training in cognitive neuroscience, while conducting research in Social Cognition.

From 2012 to 2020 I worked in the corporate wellness area as the Research and Development Director and Vice President for Strategy and Research of CGP-China, an international Employee Assistance Program (EAP). I have overseen the expansion and integration of the company’s programs in social, mental and physical health to improve work safety, engagement and productivity.

I have returned to higher education since 2020, teaching undergraduate psychology courses at two colleges in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I have intensive and extensive experience in teaching Introductory Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Social Psychology, Applied Psychology, Statistics and Research Methods.
